Our Return Promise

We accept returns within 15 days of receiving your order. All items must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • With all tags attached
  • In the original packaging

Important Note:

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on the following items from our collection:

  • Baby (0-24 Months) clothing and accessories
  • Belt Bags & Pouches (due to close body contact)

How to Return an Item

Follow these simple steps to return your item:

  1. Contact Us: Email [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order with your return request (see template below).
  2. Get Approval: Our team will respond within 2 business days with return authorization and instructions.
  3. Pack It Up: Securely package the item with all original tags and packaging.
  4. Ship It Back: Send the package to our return address (provided in your authorization email) using a trackable shipping method.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.

Exchange Process

Want a different size or color of those perfect casual button-downs? Here’s how exchanges work:

  1. Follow the same return process above
  2. In your email, clearly state the item you’d like instead
  3. We’ll process your exchange once we receive the original item
  4. If the exchange item costs more, you’ll need to pay the difference

Note: Exchanges are subject to availability of the requested item.

Refund Information

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Processing Time: 3-5 business days
  • Refund Method: Original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Timing:
    • Credit/Debit Cards: 5-10 business days after processing
    • PayPal: 3-5 business days after processing

Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
