We offer two convenient shipping options to get your fashion finds to you:
- Standard Shipping ($12.95): Shipped via DHL or FedEx with delivery in 10-15 business days after dispatch
- Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50, shipped via EMS with delivery in 15-25 business days after dispatch
Note: We ship worldwide except to certain Asian countries and remote areas. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and customs processing.
Our Hassle-Free Returns Policy
We want you to love your purchase as much as we do! If you’re not completely satisfied, we offer easy returns within 15 days of receiving your order.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for return, items must be:
- Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- With all original tags attached
- In the original packaging
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Baby (0-24 Months) clothing and accessories
- Belt Bags & Pouches (due to close body contact)

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective product). We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.

Exchange Process

- In your email, clearly state the item you’d like instead
- We’ll process your exchange once we receive the original item
- If the exchange item costs more, you’ll need to pay the difference
